About the author
Well known in her capacity as owner of Winifred Cottage, Myfanwy has been involved in textiles for many years, studying City & Guilds Creative Embroidery at both Woking and East Berks Colleges in the early 1990's. Apart from now dyeing the Sassa Lynne range of threads and fibres, her delight of the moment is working on the embellisher to produce backgrounds for further embellishment, incorporating both hand and machine embroidery.
Myfanwy travels extensively with her threads, teaches several subjects at various colleges and other venues and gives talks on a variety of subjects.
